The same methodology, running every day
Costie is a construction management platform we built for the same audience we consult to — Australian civil, landscaping, and trades contractors. Quotes, projects, scheduling, payment claims, timesheets, expenses, and WHS compliance in one place, priced for small and mid-sized crews.
It exists because of a pattern we kept hitting in consulting: we'd rebuild a contractor's cost recovery, hand over a calibrated quote template — and six months later the spreadsheet had drifted, the uplifts were stale, and the under-recovery was creeping back. The fix wasn't another spreadsheet. It was software that carries the methodology so it can't drift.

- Budget vs actual cost tracking closes the loop: Costie shows you, per cost type, whether the job recovered what the quote said it would — which is exactly the data the next recalibration needs.
